...known as LAMP, formed an amateur musical theatre company in 1985.  After an overwhelming response for children to take part in our 1994 production of “Oliver”, we formed our Children’s Theatre in 1995.

LAMP - The main company

The adult company currently has approximately 60 members aged 16 and above, and performs an annual production in October of each year in Linlithgow Academy Theatre.  Our 2009 production, and 25th anniversary show, was the spectacular musical, "Hello Dolly". Our next adult company production will be "Guys and Dolls" in October 2012.

LAMP Children's Theatre

Our children’s theatre has 50 members aged from 9 to 16, and performs its annual production in April.  We are delighted that their 2010 production was the Scottish Amateur Premiere of Billy Elliot The Musical, produced as part of Billy Youth Theatre. Our 2012 production will be a modern version of Gilbert and Sullivan's "The Pirates of Penzance"
